This Pendleton blanket is adapted from Haida artist April White's painting, "White Raven's Moonlit Flight." According to Haida legend. through his powers as the Transformer and Trickster, Raven disguised himself and stole the Moon from the Sky Chief for humankind in exchange for his fill of fish.
