Policy:
When you order from Legend Logos we ask that you include your email address and telephone number. This will allow our customer service representatives to contact you if there is a concern about your order.
Return Policy:We will exchange or refund any product for the following reasons: The goods are damaged in transit, faulty goods, orders that are incorrectly filled. If something is missing from your kit, please contact us and we will immediately send the missing items. All returns must reach us within 15 days of receipt by you. Advance notification of returns is required. We do not accept returns that are not in original containers or have been used. Please include a copy of the original invoice where possible.
SECURITY:
All website transactions are controlled by a PAYPAL secured server.
Insurance and Foreign Orders:Overseas orders will require extra shipping. You will be notified by email when this occurs. For overseas orders, please include an extra payment of $15.00 additional US dollars.
PURCHASING FROM LEGEND LOGOS:
- Legend Logos will not be responsible for any charges, excises, duties or taxes for deliveries outside of the USA. Goods delivered outside of USA may be subject to import duties, excises or taxes, which are levied once packages reach your country. Any such costs must be borne by the customer. For information regarding customs policies in your area you should contact your local customs office.
- Delivery times are within 2 weeks. If your order is a custom order please allow ample time for it to be completed.
- Your order will be charged to your credit card when it is sent to you.
- Most items will be airmailed when sent outside the USA or Canada, depending on the weight of the item ordered.
- Canadian orders will be mailed or couriered from Canada and will be charged P.S.T. where applicable.
